Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Enjoy Cayman platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Enjoy Cayman is a discovery and referral platform only. We do not provide services, process payments, or act as agent, broker, or partner. All transactions are solely between users and third-party businesses.

Credits are platform-based value units with no inherent cash value and are governed by the Commission & Credit Rules. Credits may only be used, redeemed, or converted as expressly permitted by Enjoy Cayman from time to time.

All services are provided by independent businesses. EC makes no warranties and is not liable for any services, outcomes, or disputes.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraud, or interfere with systems. EC may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

All content is owned or licensed by EC. Unauthorized use is prohibited. User content grants EC a worldwide, royalty-free license.

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

EC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or amounts paid in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify EC against claims arising from your use or breach.

EC may suspend or terminate access at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Cayman Islands law. Courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction.

“Partner” terminology is marketing only and does not imply legal partnership or equity.

Listings and offers may change without notice.

The Platform may be evolving and contain errors or interruptions.

EC is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or system failures.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EC.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

EC may assign these Terms without restriction. Users may not assign without consent.
