Commission & Credit Rules

These Commission & Credit Rules govern ambassador compensation, credit issuance and usage, referral incentives, and platform reward structures. These Rules form a separate, dynamic framework and may be updated at any time.

Credits are non-monetary, platform-specific, not legal tender, and not redeemable for cash. Credits represent promotional value, access to offers, and incentivized engagement.

Credits may be used to redeem offers from partners within limits defined per offer and subject to availability and partner participation. Partners define credit value, redemption conditions, and restrictions.

Ambassadors may gift credits or transfer credits to other users. Enjoy Cayman does not regulate private arrangements and is not responsible for off-platform exchanges.

Enjoy Cayman reserves the right to expire credits, adjust balances, and revoke credits in case of abuse, fraud, or error.

Ambassadors may earn one-time onboarding rewards, recurring revenue share, and tier-based bonuses. Commission eligibility requires valid referral attribution, partner approval, and compliance with platform rules.

A referral is valid only if the partner is new to Enjoy Cayman, the referral is tracked through platform systems, and the partner is approved. Enjoy Cayman has sole discretion to determine attribution, resolve disputes, and override automated tracking if necessary.

Monetary commissions may be paid periodically, may be subject to minimum thresholds, and may require the partner to remain active. Enjoy Cayman may delay, withhold, or reverse commissions where transactions are cancelled, refunded, or disputed.

Enjoy Cayman may implement performance tiers, volume-based bonuses, and incentive multipliers. Details may change without notice.

Prohibited actions include fake referrals, self-referrals, manipulation of tracking systems, and artificial transactions. Enjoy Cayman may revoke credits, cancel commissions, or suspend accounts.

These Rules may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail legally and these Rules govern operational mechanics.
