Business Partner Terms

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

These terms apply to businesses, operators, and service providers listing on Enjoy Cayman. They set out the platform role, partner responsibilities, offer obligations, and the legal basis for participation.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Enjoy Cayman (“EC”) is a curated discovery and promotional platform. EC does not act as a booking platform, agent, reseller, or intermediary. All transactions occur directly between Partner and user.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

Partners must be legally operating businesses with all required licenses. EC may approve, reject, or remove any Partner at its discretion.

3. Non-Partnership Disclaimer

The term “Partner” is descriptive only and does not create any legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

4. Listings & Content

Partners are responsible for accuracy of their listings. EC may edit, categorize, or remove listings. Content submitted grants EC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

5. Credit System & Offers

Credits are platform-based value units with no inherent cash value and are governed by the Commission & Credit Rules. Credits may only be used, redeemed, or converted as expressly permitted by Enjoy Cayman from time to time.

6. User Interactions & Transactions

All bookings and payments occur outside EC. Partners handle all customer interactions, payments, and disputes.

7. Leads & Inquiries

EC may forward leads but does not guarantee volume or conversion.

8. Ranking & Visibility

EC controls listing rankings and featured placements at its discretion.

9. Ambassador Structure

EC may compensate third-party ambassadors for referrals. This does not affect Partner obligations.

10. Fees & Future Monetization

EC may introduce paid services in the future with prior notice.

11. Reviews & Trust

EC may display ratings and remove misleading content.

12. Compliance

Partners must comply with Cayman Islands laws and maintain required licenses.

13. Termination

EC may suspend or remove Partners at any time. Partners may request removal.

14. Limitation of Liability

EC is provided “as is” and liability is limited to USD $100 unless required otherwise by law.

15. Indemnification

Partners indemnify EC against claims arising from their services.

16. Intellectual Property

EC retains all rights to its platform and systems.

17. Confidentiality

Partners must not disclose EC internal systems or strategies.

18. Modifications

EC may update these Terms at any time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
