Ambassador Terms of Service

These Ambassador Terms of Service govern your participation as an Ambassador on the Enjoy Cayman platform. By registering, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

You act as an independent promoter. Nothing creates employment, partnership, or agency. You have no authority to bind Enjoy Cayman.

You may promote Enjoy Cayman and refer businesses. You must act honestly and must not mislead or engage in deceptive practices.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account. Enjoy Cayman may suspend accounts for violations.

Referrals must be new, properly tracked, and approved. Enjoy Cayman has sole discretion over attribution and disputes.

Compensation, whether credits or commissions, is governed by the separate Commission & Credit Rules and may change at any time.

Credits are platform-based value units with no inherent cash value and are governed by the Commission & Credit Rules. Credits may only be used, redeemed, or converted as expressly permitted by Enjoy Cayman from time to time.

Prohibited actions include fake referrals, manipulation, and reputational harm. Enjoy Cayman may suspend or terminate accounts.

All Enjoy Cayman assets remain the property of Enjoy Cayman. Branding use requires approval.

You must keep business and operational information confidential.

Enjoy Cayman may terminate accounts for violations. Credits and commissions may be forfeited.

Enjoy Cayman is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is USD $100 unless required by law.

You agree to indemnify Enjoy Cayman against claims arising from your actions.

Enjoy Cayman is a discovery platform and not responsible for third-party services.

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.

These Terms, together with the Commission & Credit Rules and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement.
